Why Africa is never consulted

When important decisions are being made in international processes, our African Giants are always asleep. When the vote is carried, they are the fisrt to complain that Africa was never consulted.
We have to get rid of this sleeping giants of Africa and replace them with young dynamic capable leaders who will stay awake and debate issues and make important decisions on behalf of Africa.

How come we were not consulted when we attended the summit?     This is why Africa thinks they are never consulted when certain major decisions are made around the world!       ============================================
